Mortgage Checklist

Spanish Lenders require most if not all the items listed below before they will be consider granting a RESIDENTIAL mortgage.

Copies of Passports (coloured preferred)

Copies of Your NIE number

Copies of last 3 months pay slips € copy of your last P60

Self Employed clients need ot produce a letter from their accountant (chartered) confirming last years income accompanied by last years self assessment returns.

Last 6 months Bank Accounts

Copy of a recent utility bill to confirm address

Credit Check report (UK Experian)

Copies of purchadse contract (if available) which will have details of the purchase price, deposit paid and the address of the property to be bought.

The number of the property (if available) so we can obtain an up to date Nota Simple.

Details of your Spanish Lawyer (we can recommend if necessary)

Presentation of an application is very important as with the correct paperwork in place the processing of your application is much quicker and smoother.
